Who should fill this out?
Any family with a child in our preschool program who doesn’t currently use La Coccinelle’s daycare, whether or not you need childcare on other days.
Do I have to answer every question?
No. Only your name and email are required. Skip anything that doesn’t apply to your family.
Does this sign us up for daycare?
No. The survey doesn’t reserve a spot or commit you to anything. If you’d like to talk about enrolment, say so in your answers or email us.
Who sees my answers?
Your responses are used only to help La Coccinelle plan its programs and won’t be shared outside the organization.
What happens after I submit?
That’s it—thank you! If you’ve told us you’d like to discuss enrolment, we’ll follow up by email.
