Fees
3-year-old Tues./Thurs. Class
Morning 9:00 - 11:15 am or Afternoon 12:45 - 3:00 pm)
- One (1) $100 non-refundable cheque with current date
- One (1) $300 cheque dated September 1, 2013
- Eight (8) cheques for $150 (dated 1st of the month for October, November, December, January, February, March, April, and May)
- One (1) $100 cheque for returnable toy wash deposit (dated June 1, 2014) This cheque will be voided when the toy washing commitment has been fulfilled.
4-year-old Mon./Wed./Fri. Class
Morning 9:00 - 11:15 am or Afternoon 12:45 - 3:00 pm)
- One (1) $100 non-refundable cheque with current date
- One (1) $420 cheque dated September 1, 2013
- Eight (8) cheques for $210 (dated 1st of the month for October, November, December, January, February, March, April, and May)
- One (1) $100 cheque for returnable toy wash deposit (dated June 1, 2014) This cheque will be voided when the toy washing commitment has been fulfilled.
Please take a moment to read the registration procedures before proceeding with the online registration form.
Please have the following information on hand before registering:
- Two daytime emergency contacts including full addresses and telephone numbers (can be parents with daytime information)
- Alberta Health Care Number
- Family Doctor Name and Phone Number
- List of Allergies/Medications
- An email address that you check regularly. If you employ a spam filter on the email address you provide, please ensure registrar@la-coccinelle.ca has been added to your safe list.

- Children may not start the program until they have reached their 3rd Birthday and they must turn 3 prior to the start of the school year to register in advance.
- Children must be toilet trained in order to start classes.
- Parent volunteer commitment required.
REGISTRATION PROCEDURES:
After registering online, you will receive a confirmation email. This will provide instructions on how to continue the registration process, along with the necessary documents and tuition cheques needed. If the required documents and cheques are not returned by the date specified in the email, you will lose your place. Once your documents and cheques are returned, a second email will be sent to confirm placement. All families must submit their registration information online. Class space is allocated on a first-come first-served basis based on the date and time online registrations are submitted, provided that the required documents and cheques are returned on time.
WAITLIST PROCEDURES:
During registration, families will be given the option to list their first and second preferences.
If your first choice is full, you will AUTOMATICALLY be registered for your second choice. You will NOT be placed on the waitlist for your first choice unless you contact the registrar by email to request this and you will still be registered in your second choice class.
If your second choice is full, you will AUTOMATICALLY be added to the waitlist for your first choice.
If no second choice is made and your first choice is full, you will automatically be added to the waitlist for your first choice.
A student may only be waitlisted for 1 class, but can switch at will. If a family wishes to waitlist for a different class, their priority date/time on the new waitlist is maintained. If waitlisted, an email will be sent when a spot becomes available. Once this email is sent, the registrars must receive the required documents and cheques by the prescribed date, or the spot will be offered to another student.
PRIORITY PROCEDURES:
Any family that does not complete the online registration or does not return their documents and cheques on time may continue to register in subsequent periods, with loss of their priority. Returning families are asked to provide the name of the sibling who most recently attended La Coccinelle and the year.
