For our June fundraiser, we partnered up with Canadian cleaning company, Tru Earth. They are well known for their laundry strips- ultra concentrated, hypo-allergenic, cleaning powder into a pre-measured strip that you just toss in the wash. It makes your laundry washing chore easier and kinder to our planet by reducing single-use plastics. Our 3 years old class went on a field trip to Calgary Fire Station 10 (Briar Hall) 1909 16 Avenue NW. Our students learned about fire safety and how firefighters respond to house fires quickly and effectively. They learned that in case of a fire we must obey our firefighter friends. The students observed the firefighter suit and fire truck keenly.
